Adjustment of pensions paid to pensioners of Decree Law N º 20530

Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph a of Article 4 of Law N º 28449, Law establishing the new rules of the pension scheme Decree Law No. 20530 (27/02/1974), the Supreme Decree No. 077-2010-EF has provided adjustment - from January 2010 - to the pensions paid by eligible under the Decree Law No. 20530 that meet the following requirements:

1. That at December 31, 2009 had sixty-five years or older. That
2. annualized value does not exceed the amount of twenty (28) Tax Units.

The adjustment is equal to the sum of twenty and 00/100 Dollars.

It has been pointed out that in any case, once made the adjustment, the annualized pension amount must exceed the limit of 28 ITU, also, should receive more than one pension, the adjustment will be applied to larger pension amount.

For the purposes of regulating the operation of adjustment approved in Articles 2 and 3 of Supreme Decree No. 077-2010-EF , has regulated the financing and the procedures for institutional approval.

Finally, in the case of entities of the date of entry into force of this rule and have paid pension for the year 2010, shall regulate the payment of readjustment in the next month.
