Con mucha curiosidad y el permiso correspondiente por apartarme de la mesa de mi progenitora antes de tiempo en un día especial, llegué a la Plaza de Acho sobre las 3.30 p.m., pensando que unos minutos de demora podrían darse, y vaya que demora, el espectáculo taurino se inició después de las 5 de la tarde, no hubo Juez de Plaza, no hubieron banderillas, no hubo ambulancia, ni un solo extintor menos mangueras contra incendio, but of course, would charge for entry to the baths. Y ahora ¿Qué la reciente administradora (Municipalidad de Lima) no tiene el conocimiento e interés enough to take care?
